Individual One-on-One Loop System:

Four hours per month, once a week for one hour. Four hours per month, twice a week for half an hour each. You can increase the number of hours or days as desired. Sessions are conducted via the Zoom application.

Our Instructors:

We have male and female instructors who hold licenses in the Holy Quran and have studied language and religion. The appropriate instructor is assigned to each student. Scheduling:

Subscription payment is made in advance at the beginning of each month. The subscription is monthly, not weekly or based on the number of sessions. In case of booking an appointment without paying the subscription: (The appointment is canceled after 72 hours if there are no outstanding payments.)

Rescheduling / Cancellation Policy:

The instructor strictly adheres to the agreed-upon schedules. If the instructor needs to cancel due to any reason, they are obligated to compensate the student at an appropriate time. Parents must provide a quiet and suitable place for the student to attend the session. Taking the session in a car, club, or with the camera off is strictly prohibited. If the camera is closed or an appropriate quiet place is not provided, the instructor has the right to ask the student to find a quiet place or open the camera. If this is not possible, the instructor may exit the session until the student can arrange the necessary conditions. If the instructor is more than 10 minutes late to the session, the student has the right to request full compensation by contacting the session coordinator. If the student requests to cancel after booking and paying but before the sessions begin, a full refund of the subscription fee will be provided. If the student apologizes for missing a session, the instructor is not obligated to provide compensation. If the student is late to join the session, the instructor will continue with the remaining time. If the student is absent twice in a row without providing an excuse to the instructor or coordinator, the instructor will not enter the third session until communication is established to clarify whether the student will continue with the sessions. Students can only change session times at the beginning of the academic year, during vacations, and in Ramadan.
